Business Analyst – Funds

My client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong operational knowledge of funds, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex operational requirements into clear documentation, user stories, process maps, and delivery-ready outputs.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial services, fund administration, asset management, investment operations, or a regulated operations environment.
• Strong operational knowledge of funds, including fund accounting, NAV production, trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, pricing, investor servicing, or related operational processes.
• Proven experience documenting business requirements, user stories, process maps, data flows, operating procedures, and functional specifications.
• Strong understanding of business change, operational transformation, systems implementation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently with operations teams, SMEs, technology teams, project managers, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting testing and implementation activities, including UAT, defect management, and operational readiness.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced contract environment with the ability to quickly understand complex processes and deliver high-quality outputs.
